Rehman Travels & Tours (Pvt) Limited founded in 1992, is one of the most established and prominent travels agencies in Pakistan. Incorporated under the companies Act VII, the company head office was originally located in Islamabad. In the subsequent years, the company opened office in Peshawar as a branch. All Two branches are accredited by the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) as a PSA and are authorized to carry revenue documents from all airlines.

In a highly competitive airline industry, we distinguish ourselves not by promising the cheapest travel arrangements, but more importantly by ensuring efficient, reliable and fair-priced arrangements for all our clients.

Our infrastructure, based on multiple global distribution system (GDS) hooked up to dedicated Abacus, Galileo and Amadeus, as well as high speed two DSL Internet access enables us to correspond all required travel details with our clients regardless of whether or not they are in Islamabad. we often make reservations and deliver tickets without our clients having to come to our office. However clients may choose to meet personally with our travel consultants to arrange their plans.

Recognizing that clients, travel plans change during their journey, our service includes communicating with the client via email and facilitating any required reservation change at a moment notice. Often, the client can end up spending valuable time trying to contact various airlines in the event that they need to make changes to their return flights. In this case, the cheapest ticket becomes worthless when a client cannot get in touch with his agent. At REHMAN TRAVELS & TOURS, unlike other commission based agents we believe our job is not done simply when a ticket has been delivered.

The majority of travels agencies in Pakistan rely simply on their “commission discount” to obtain business. REHMAN TRAVELS & TOURS believe that simply offering the highest discount to the client is a short-term solution. Instead, we rely primarily on quality service to obtain business. We do however; fully understand that companies as well as individuals are very cost-conscious. While we will not guarantee having the lowest or cheapest quotations, we will provide ones that are competitive and fair, and are based on the most cost-effective and economic routing available for the required itinerary.

Agents that solely rely on discounting their commission have to cut costs elsewhere (mainly in human resources and infrastructure) which thereby affects their service. It is our mission never to sacrifice service for a saving of a few percent commissions, which in many times amounts only to a couple of hundred rupees. In the last 15 years, we have worked hard to build a reputation based on fair pricing and superior service.
